One thing I’d be extremely careful of, however, is using a free service like Blogger, for a blog.

It will only take a short while to learn BUT you run a risk of that service closing you down with no warning and weeks, months even years of work can be lost. A while back a whole raft of affiliate based blogs were shut down because the terms of service on the platform being used stated it was not to be used for blatant promotion. – Who reads that small print?

I’d highly recommend hosting your own WordPress blog – far more control over everything and not at the mercy of someone changing or imposing some rule that could potentially destroy your business
