I have just installed a really cool WordPress plug-in that not only creates and video site map for your Blog, but will submit your video’s to be indexed by search engines like Google and others and will show up in the search results. You may be saying to yourself, ok what’s the big deal with that. Google index’s tens of thousands of videos on a daily bases. Usually what happens is Google will index videos a place then right on the search result pages. (Nothing New!) What these tend to be usually or most of the time are video’s from Youtube.com and other Video sharing sites and a link pointing back to that xyz or abc video sharing site. Now by having this plug-in you can have your video’s indexed and show up in the SERP’s as well, but where this really gets exciting is, instead of when someone clicks on the link and go’s to the video sharing site. Now when they open the link it takes then directly to your website or blog.

This is very very cool! Think about it. When someone heads over to a site like Youtube and watches your video that it’s hosting their. The Video still has to convince someone to take that next step and click on your link to get more information or visit your website.

Now with the power of this simply little plugin, once your video is indexed and ranks in the result pages. When someone clicks on that link, it drops them right onto your Blog. Think about it. If they are At Youtube they’re more then likely going to check out related video’s there, but if they are at your site. Then you have the opportunity for then to browse your website.
