What can I say! Getting traffic to your website is and will always be about Good (Great in some cases) quality content. Don’t over think it. Don’t try and game it. Just Post relevant unique content and build backlinks using higher authority PR sites (Page Rank Sites 3+ in my experience) to leverage from.

2. Video! You need to get on board this one. Google is flat out telling you. Get and Submit a video.xml site map. SEO’ers have been using site maps for years. And having a site map for your video is where it’s at.

Looking Google didn’t Buy Youtube because it was a really cool place to hang out. It is where millions of web surfing traffic is going. They (Meaning Google) index videos and if your have a video site map on your site, you can have your videos indexed, meaning when you see a video in the search results, like a Youtube video. It is pointing to that video hosted on Youtube, but now you can have that same video that is posted on your site, indexed and pointing (linking) directly to your post and pages. Don’t Overlook This!

And finally, Google is not only indexing content on the first page of a search result just because the exact keyword phrase is in the URL, the Title, the H1, 3% of the content. Come on now that’s a big pain in the ass anyways. They are putting up content in the SERP’s that is also relieve to that keyword term. Hence they are are using synonyms.
